But, like, I’m kind of a terribly sympathetic person. I’m always neutral. I am the human middle ground. I am the fence that people sit on. 

I always see things from everyone’s points of view and I can’t ever choose a side.

Eh, I’m not sure there really is a wrong side. Just because it’s not my side doesn’t mean it’s wrong! And understanding why people do things is important and doesn’t necessarily mean you condone it. So I think you’re awesome for taking that side. :D

I just don’t really think there’s any reason to justify the killing of innocent people. Like, it’s not like everyone in the town would die. They would just have to deal with life like everyone else in the world. Think what the Doctor would say!

I think a better question is why WOULDN’T you give a scarecrow a hook for a hand? I mean, obviously the only reason for putting up a scarecrow is to scare the shit out of people. Which a hook hand would help with!

Because scarecrows are for scaring BIRDS. Birds don’t care about hook hands… Although… admittedly, THAT scarecrow had a different purpose…

But they’re actually KILLING INNOCENT PEOPLE for it. It would be one thing if the pagan god didn’t require sacrifices, y’know? But I mean, if the rest of the world can deal with unemployment without killing people, so can they.

I know, I know… but they did it to keep the town alive! They did it to keep their children fed and to keep their schools open! They did it for love! They did it for pie! 

Like, I know they shouldn’t have been doing that. Killing people is bad. But they had their reasons, and their reasons were kind of valid.

You’ll probably keep adding more books as you go through the four years- I started out with like a dozen books and ended up with four foot-long (or bigger) shelves of books. :3 (Having an e-reader is awesome for this though- lots of books, no space!)

Yes. I like books. I buy books on a whim. So I’m trying to bring the smallest amount of books possible. And an ereader would definitely be convenient. :D
